To request a return or exchange, please TEXT us at (253) 332‑1247 within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Please include in your text:
Your full name
Your shipping address
Your order number
A brief explanation of the reason for return
A photo (if the item is damaged or incorrect)
We will review your request and respond promptly with return instructions and a Return Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns — Conditions & Timeframe
Contact must be made via text within 7 business days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in new condition, and have original tags and packaging intact.
The item must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be rejected.
Exchanges Are Encouraged
We strongly recommend choosing an exchange instead of a refund.

Refund Deductions & Fees
If your order included free shipping and you choose a refund instead of an exchange, a $15.00 fee will be deducted to cover:

Administrative processing fees
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive and inspect your approved return.

Returns Due to Our Error or Defective Products

A defective product, notify us within 6 months
We will cover all shipping costs and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
