Awesome conner-brown bag! Outside is simple and luxurious with meshed tones that are my favs-brown & mustard. Classy inside w/delightful soft color compartments and soft fabric that is quite sturdy!

I order a bag for my wife for Christmas. I then got an email that it was out of stock and instead of refunding me my money, they sent another bag that was more expensive just so it would make it there by Christmas. Left a phone number where I was able to text back and forth to get the matter solved. I was able to return the bag for full refund if my wife was not happy with it.
