I recently ordered a specific handbag from Bellissima- rapidly got a PRIVATE TEXT MESSAGE -that a new employee had posted the wrong handbag in picture informing me I had ordered a different one unknowingly-and the specific handbag I wanted was no longer available. But, Cherie personally took the task of looking in the warehouse and found there was one bag hiding just for me and it was the exact one that I ordered. She went above and beyond to get me what I wanted. I received the bag in the mail and it is beyond what I expected. It is beautiful and good quality.
