Processing Times
Each order is handled individually and prepared with the attention your purchase deserves.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We proudly offer complimentary shipping on all U.S. orders over $98.00.
Orders under $98.00 are subject to a standard flat-rate shipping fee, displayed at checkout.
All domestic shipments are sent via trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority.
Delivery typically occurs within 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Address Accuracy & Reshipments
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Our team carefully prepares each shipment according to the information provided by the customer.
If an address is entered incorrectly and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost to reship the order.
Reshipments are charged at a flat rate of $10.00, which must be paid prior to the second shipment being released.
International Shipping
We are pleased to serve international clients when available. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Please note that duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may vary by country.

Order Tracking

Shipping Errors or Damages
Each Bellissima piece is inspected prior to shipment. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our Concierge Service within 48 hours of delivery for prompt resolution.
If verified, we will arrange for correction or replacement and credit a $10.00 shipping reimbursement to your original payment method.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or sent in error.
For approved defective or incorrect items, Bellissima will credit the customer a $10.00 return shipping reimbursement.
