Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 Days of delivery for Eligible Items purchased through our website.

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Returned with all original tags, packaging, and authenticity materials

  • Free from wear, scratches, or alteration

Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or monogrammed pieces

  • Gift cards

  • Special or pre-order items

Each Bellissima item is hand-finished by artisans. Slight variations in texture or color are natural characteristics of fine leather craftsmanship and are not considered defects.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment once your return passes quality inspection.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If your item was defective or sent in error, a $10.00 credit will be issued to your original payment method as reimbursement for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

We are delighted to assist with exchanges for alternative styles or colors of equal value, subject to availability.
Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs.

Complimentary Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $98.00.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or sent in error.
In these cases, a $10.00 shipping credit will be applied to your original payment method.
